Thomas A. Wallis is a devoted husband, father, friend, educator, and a passionate servant dedicated to advancing the kingdom of God. A native of Canyon, Texas, he brings a lifelong passion for leadership shaped by his experience as a collegiate football player at Texas Tech and Angelo State. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Education, a master's, and a doctorate in Educational Leadership.

For over 25 years, he has been a transformational leader in education, serving as a superintendent in three different Texas school districts and as a high school principal. His exceptional leadership earned him the prestigious title of Texas Superintendent of the Year from the Texas Computer Education Association (TCEA) in 2016 and Texas High School Principal of the Year from the Texas Association of Secondary School Principals (TASSP) in 2008. As a sought-after voice in his field, he has been invited to speak at conferences and events around the country on educational leadership.

Beyond his professional life, Tommy has a deep-rooted passion for ministry and a profound calling to help students. As an adopted child who spent over 50 years seeking to understand his identity, he intimately understands the journey of overcoming deep personal struggles. His ministry is forged from a fight he knows intimately, as he openly shares his own battle with suicidal thoughts and a long-term dependence on pornography—a default response to both traumatic events and powerful spiritual moments. This personal war ultimately led to a deeper reliance on faith and became the powerful crucible for his mission.

Driven by this mission, he recognizes that many men are not present in the lives of kids, and his work is dedicated to helping men with their own struggles so they can become the Christ-like role models and mentors that young people need. He has been invited to preach from pulpits around Texas, always ready to step in and serve when a pastor is away. His heart is in leading others to Christ and empowering them to live out their faith.

Tommy and his wife, Nicole, reside in the Houston, Texas metroplex with their two sons, Luke and Hunter. A proud family of collegiate football players, his son Luke played football at Lamar University and is married to Jenna. His son Hunter is currently playing football at Angelo State University and is engaged to Claire, who he has been dating since middle school. Claire is one of the many blessings God gave them, even though he was disobedient in 2011. The family's football tradition continues a legacy that began with Tommy's own collegiate career.
